  Recipes

PIZZA CRUST/ BREAD STICKS

1 T  yeast

1 cup  warm water

1 t salt

1 t sugar

2 1/2 cups flour

2 T  oil

(T= Tablespoon:   t= teaspoon)

Mix together.  Let rest 5 minutes.

Spread on greased stone.

(If you make bread sticks:  smear with butter,

sprinkle with parmesan cheese, cut 

dough into strips.)

Bake about 10 minutes at 375 F.
